This refined custom single-family residence carefully combined both the environmental ideals and precise tastes of the owners. A commitment to large expanses of glass and material types were a challenge, but ZCS, working closely with the MEP and architect, was able to ensure a 59% improvement in energy performance above Title 24 energy code and verify a LEED Platinum certification. The project demonstrates that a singular design vision and environmental high performance are compatible.
