    ZCS provides sustainability services throughout a project’s life, including master planning, entitlement support, customized code, energy and water analysis and equity packages, a broad range of certifications, contractor support, and workshops and training. Our knowledge of project entitlement; local green codes; sustainability priorities, costs and benefits; and financial incentives enables our clients and project teams to develop the optimal path to green.

    ZCH builds upon its 15 years of experience as the first LEED Green Rater in Southern California to support LEED for Homes certification and support for commercial to affordable housing adaptive reuse. ZCH understands that sustainable buildings produce healthier and happier tenants and homeowners.
