Beth has over 10 years of sustainability experience as an interior designer for healthcare and higher education and as a LEED, WELL, and CALGreen consultant. Additionally, she has over 20 years of experience as an interior designer and purchasing agent.
As Project Manager, Beth works on all types of projects, with a specialtiy in LEED, WELL, and Commercial Interior projects. She engages with project team members in the many layers of design, construction and procurement. She works toward effective communication while coordinating with clients, peers, and construction trades. Beth also assists general contractors in documenting LEED and code compliance.
As Director of Organizational Leadership, she conducts research on meeting goals for ethical practices and wellness in the community. This position also supports the ZCS team with best practices for organizing team documents and collective knowledge. This role requires a passion for helping team members realize their full potential as leaders through learning opportunities and engaged feedback, as well as finding new ways of streamlining tasks and increasing productivity. She also participates in the development of educational presentations using a collaborative process for clients, team members, and colleagues.
