Landmark hits major milestone.

Vertical view of highrise condominium

ZCS is completing its tasks as the mitigation monitor for The Landmark Los Angeles, a 34-story residential tower in West Los Angeles. Construction began in May 2018. The project, the first new high-rise west of the 405 Freeway in more than forty years, features cantilevered balconies, a one acre park and gardens, and a fitness center, pool and spa, and cafe. Unusual for mitigation monitoring, ZCS had to inspect the site every work day; it also prepared quarterly reports documenting compliance. ZCS has served as the mitigation monitor for Playa Vista since 1996; other current mitigation assignments include 8th and Figueroa, Westfield Topanga Renovation, 6200 Sunset Blvd. and Santa Susana Estates.
